This registration procedure helps MISA verify accurate customer information in order to grant usage rights to our software products and services. Additionally, this information enables MISA to contact and support customers throughout their usage of MISA products and services.
  • Besides the required fields marked with *, customers may choose not to provide other optional information. However, such information is very helpful for MISA in after-sales care and support. Therefore, customers are encouraged to fill in all requested information during account creation and when purchasing/using MISA products and services.

2. Applications on mobile devices

  • When downloading and using applications on mobile devices such as tablets, phones, etc., customers need to grant the following permissions:
    • On the Sales App:
      • Camera, video recording, and audio recording.
      • Identify accounts on the device.
      • Write and read app data to device storage.
      • Disable screen lock.
      • Access the internet from the device.
      • View network/Wi-Fi connection status.
      • Access settings and pair with Bluetooth devices.
      • Prevent the device from sleeping/locking the screen.
    • On the Management App:
      • Disable screen lock.
      • Access the internet from the device.
      • View network/Wi-Fi connection status.
      • Prevent the device from sleeping/locking the screen.
    • On the Sales Advisory App:
      • Camera, video recording, and audio recording.
      • Write and read app data to device storage.
      • Disable screen lock.
      • Identify accounts on the device.
      • Access the internet from the device.
      • View network/Wi-Fi connection status.
      • Prevent the device from sleeping/locking the screen.
      • Access settings and pair with Bluetooth devices.
  • Customers can stop granting these permissions via device settings. However, MISA recommends allowing all required permissions so the app can function fully to serve customers effectively.

3. Scope of information usage

MISA commits to using customer information only to:
  • Manage and grant usage rights for software products and services provided by MISA.
  • Contact and notify customers when products and services are updated or changed.
  • Send notifications inviting customers to upgrade products or renew services when nearing expiration.
  • Provide after-sales care and support.
  • Resolve complaints and disputes.
MISA commits not to share customer information with any third party except at the request of competent state authorities.

4. Information retention period

Customer information is vital input data for MISA to provide and manage usage rights for software products and services; therefore, customer information will be retained throughout MISA’s operating period.
